Welcome to Maya Seaton, an online jewelry store operated by SICLOPAY LTD ("Maya Seaton", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of mayaseaton.com (the "Website") and to every purchase you make through it. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

We may update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Please check back from time to time. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Our products are sold for personal use. You may not resell or distribute them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

2. Product information and pricing

We work to show colors, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary, and we can't guarantee that every detail you see is exact or that every product will always be available.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time, and we aren't liable to you or anyone else for a price change, modification or discontinuation.

3. Ordering and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

After you order, we'll email you to confirm that we received it. That email doesn't mean your order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in a price or product description, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If you were charged for an order we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

Payments are processed by secure payment providers, using the methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge the total of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship every order within the time frame shown in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we aren't liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may be able to return or exchange it under our Exchange & Returns policy.

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may ask for proof of purchase and photos of the item.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, photos, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Maya Seaton or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify or distribute it without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maya Seaton and SICLOPAY LTD won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products, even if we were told such damages were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that can't be waived under the law of the country where you live.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute related to them or to your use of the Website will be handled by the competent courts of Cyprus. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection you're entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
